VALENCIA 14 ///     Capacity 4 people Comfortable apartment in the Eixample of Barcelona . It’s the ideal solution for 1 couple or a family with childs. It has 1 double bedroom .There is also a sofa-bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with, AIR CONDITIONING, CENTRAL HEATING and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, Italian coffee maker, toaster…) . It also gives you a bathroom with a bathtub. As extra amenities, the apartment also comes with TV,washing machine, iron and iron table . At beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included (water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT. A free cot for a child is available if needed.

At a 15-20 minutes walking distance you can arrive at the Plaza cataluña – las Ramblas. At more or less the same walking time you are in the GOTIC AREA, famous for its narrow stone streets, here you can find a great variety of restaurants and bars in a pleasant modern, bohemian and cosmopolitan atmosphere. The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (Station VERDAGUER), lines (L-Yellow (4) and L-Blue (5) at a 2 min walk from the apartment .
